Last Updated: 15 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LibraryJi platform, website, mobile application, software, and related services ("Service").
By registering for an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using LibraryJi, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.
1. About LibraryJi
LibraryJi is a subscription-based (SaaS) library and study room management software. It helps libraries, reading rooms, study rooms, and coaching/self-study centres run their day-to-day operations online instead of on paper registers and spreadsheets. Customers pay a recurring subscription fee to access the LibraryJi web panel and mobile apps and the features included in their chosen plan.
Features may include:
- Seat and shift/rotation management with live seat availability
- Student and member enrollment and profiles
- Membership plans and subscription (fee) durations
- Fee and payment collection, dues and partial-payment tracking
- Daily attendance check-in and check-out records
- Membership renewals and expiry tracking
- Reports, dashboard and analytics (revenue, attendance, occupancy, expiring memberships)
- PDF and Excel exports of records and reports
- Staff/user accounts with role-based permissions
- Account and billing (plan) management
- Other features introduced by LibraryJi from time to time
Available features and usage limits vary depending on the subscription plan selected.
2. Account Registration
To use LibraryJi, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep account information updated
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Prevent unauthorized access
- Immediately notify LibraryJi of suspected unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to LibraryJi.
3. Free Trial
LibraryJi may provide a 30-day free trial for eligible new accounts.
The trial period begins from the date the trial account is activated.
During the trial:
- Eligible features may be available without payment
- Trial access may be subject to plan limitations
- LibraryJi may modify or discontinue trial availability
- One organization may not create multiple accounts solely to repeatedly obtain free trials
After the trial period ends, the account may require a paid subscription to continue accessing paid features.
4. Paid Subscription
After the free trial, users may select an available paid subscription plan.
The applicable:
- Plan
- Price
- Billing frequency
- Features
- Taxes, if applicable
will be displayed at the time of purchase.
A subscription becomes active after successful payment confirmation.
5. Contract / Subscription Period
The subscription contract period will correspond to the billing period selected by the customer, such as:
- Monthly subscription — one month
- Annual subscription — twelve months
The subscription starts from the date the paid plan becomes active or from the date specified during purchase.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable plan, subscriptions do not create a permanent or lifetime license.
6. Renewal
If automatic renewal is enabled for a subscription, the subscription may renew for another applicable billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
LibraryJi may provide renewal notifications where required or appropriate.
If payment for renewal fails, LibraryJi may restrict or suspend paid features until the payment issue is resolved.
7. Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of their subscription.
Cancellation generally stops future renewals.
Unless otherwise provided by the applicable refund policy, cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published by LibraryJi.
The refund policy forms part of these Terms.
